As many of you know, we had been working hard for the launch of version 3.0 of our Crop Pathways on the Cool Farm Platform this Thursday (26th June 2025). This release marks a major step forward, introducing the brand-new Tier 2 SOC model along with several exciting enhancements. Our team has been working tirelessly to bring you this update, and we’ve been rigorously testing it to ensure it meets the high standards we set ourselves.
During final testing, a few minor issues came to light—nothing critical, but enough that we’ve made the careful decision to delay the launch by two weeks to maintain the quality you expect from us. Our new target release date is 10 July 2025.
This means the upgrade of perennial crop pathways from version 2.0 to 3.0 will also be slightly delayed in line with the new release date. As mentioned in previous communications, please make sure to submit any draft perennial v2.0 assessments before 10 July to avoid losing any work.
We know delays can be frustrating, and we really appreciate your patience. This decision reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering a high quality, stable, reliable, and high-impact platform.
If you're not waiting on version 3.0, you can continue using the Cool Farm Tool as usual.
