Can I still create or edit my assessments in CFT before the migration happens in June 2026?

Yes, you can continue to use CFT for assessments up until the date of migration. At the time of migration, these assessments are transferred to Cool Farm Platform and any edits after migration need to happen in CFP.

NOTE: You can continue to edit your CFT assessments after the migration date, but these edits will NOT be migrated anymore to CFP so you will loose these changes. Only in cases when:

  1. you are a supplier to or working for a CFA member that exceptionally requests you continue working in CFT and to complete and share your data with them in CFT (this must have been agreed upon with Cool Farm), or

  2. you make assessment with secondary metrics (i.e. biodiversity, water, food loss and waste or other livestock) - these are not yet available on CFP and will continue to work on CFT.
