I want to transfer assessments made by former colleagues to a different account. Is this possible?

Unfortunately it is currently not possible yet to transfer assessments in between accounts. This is an improvement planned for the new Cool Farm Platform. However, the Cool Farm Team can reassign existing accounts and its evaluations to new email addresses of members. Following things are important when doing this:
  1. For data privacy reasons, this will need approval of the original account owner (for external non-member users).
  2. If the email address are member organisations' own email addresses, the approval of the original owner is not necessary but the main contact of the member can authorise that an account can be assigned to a new email address. 
  3. An email address cannot be associated with more than one CFT account. To reassign the account, it is necessary to use email addresses of member staff that doesn't have a CFT account yet OR you to create alias email addresses to use a second account for the responsible new users.
