API for Rice: all management changes need data entry
For rice assessments in the Cool Farm Tool, the soil organic carbon model does not allow for entering management changes for tillage or cover crops as these are not applicable to rice production. This means in the webtool you can only add land use change in the carbon change array.
However, in the current API, an error message appears if tillage/cover crop are left blank when mentioning land use change. This is not correctly aligned with how it should be - only land use change should be possible. As short term workaround you need to add in both from and to state the name (not IDs!) for tillage (both “full”) and carbon inputs (both "low c input"). On the longer term we will correct this error as part of the migration of CFT 2.0 to the Cool Farm Platform.
